Quality is the only strategy that doesn't need a price justification. It's inherently aligned with reliability, safety, and long-term value. So here's my firm opinion: for critical Metso equipment—HP400 crusher pinions, HGMS magnetic separator components, cone crusher automation—buy OEM. For secondary items like fasteners, buy smart. And for everything else, ask yourself: "Is this the part that will make me look good, or the one that will make me explain a shutdown?"
